Dear It's Life,
Two years ago I used It's Life with exercise and lost 40 lbs. in 53 days. However, after a year I left it slip and gained it all back because I was just lazy. I am a pastor of a church in Cheyenne, Wyoming and it is difficult to keep weight down and visit people always wanting to feed you pie or ice cream and coffee.
Just recently I had a family picture with all my kids home from college (3 home from college and 1 still at home). I put the picture up on my desk and it dawned on me how disgusting I looked. I am 57 years old and I am 5 feet 8 inches and I weighed in at 191 lbs. I went to the V.A. Hospital and had my blood pressure taken and it was 150 over 105 (yes! I was a walking time bomb). They obviously wanted to put me on medicine but I said I have something to bring it down. That something is "It's Life". If I wanted to see my kids graduate from college I had to do something. I started on March 13 of this year with It's Life (2 shakes a day and a sensible meal) with exercise and within a month and a half I lost 30 lbs and my blood pressure was 110 over 68. I have stabilized my weight up to this point. Starting today I am shooting for 10 more lbs. I weighed in at 159 this morning and my blood pressure is right now this morning at 120 over 72. Isn't that exciting! My goal is to reach 150 lbs. and stabilize again. The lesson that I learned is never go off the shakes and exercise and my health will be just fine. BY the way, I lost 6 1/2 inches around my waist. I lost one inch around my neck and the rest of my body. I obviously feel great and I don't look disgusting and more thanks to It's Life.
